We didn't even wait very long before we got to visit with insurance Representative Gerald. He too was kind, courteous and super friendly. He took time to explain insurance policies, coverages, pricing and discounts that could be applied. Let me tell you, Gerald knows his stuff and made it easy for us to understand. He was attentive and even went as far to look at current policy with another competitor. He took the time to explain what we currently have, what that covered, what was decent and what could be better especially for the price we were paying. He made the quote process fun and easy. Yes, I said fun. My daughter and I were in stitches the whole time. We laughed so much. Gerald was very knowledgeable but personable. I didn't feel like a number. It was that very impression that made me switch to State Farm. Let's be honest the price was a major factor as well ha ha. I definitely saved money which is a plus. What's the saying? Most people will forget what you say but never forget how you made them feel. I felt valued as a customer and with State Farm we would have the coverage we needed at a price point that worked for us. We were referred to Kate by my friend Windy that is currently a State Farm customer. We did get to meet Kate and she was super sweet and friendly as well. Overall, everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. I definitely would refer someone to agent Peter Griffith State Farm office based on today's visit.
